Overview:
-Difficulty (easy 1 – 10 hard): 5 (The difficulty is a subject to change if too many people say that it is lower or higher. I have given 5 because of the story related puzzles since 2-3 of them really bugged me before I could finish them. All other achievements are easy to obtain with a custom made puzzle and it is a matter of grinding them in time, nothing else… But I am not very sure if the time needed also affects the achievement difficulty).
-Time-average for the 100%: 110-130 hours
-Minimum amount of playthroughs: 1
-Total achievements: 64
-Singleplayer achievements: 64
-Story-related achievement: 14
-Multiplayer achievements: 0
-Bugged achievements: 0

That’s a lot of fun! – Lose 50 Games
Lose 50 levels in total. The stats can be seen in the High Scores -> Summary Stats

Method 1 (for achieving points, combos and clearing blocks):
Go to the level editor and create a new puzzle. Do not put any blocks. You won’t need to. Select “Edit Level Details” and choose only Zen Mode. Then select “Block Frequencies” and put 0 to all color blocks but one. The color does not matter. Just pick your favorite and disable all others.
Optional: If you are going for any of the block achievements, you can set an objective to clear a desired number of blocks. This way you will know when to end it. 100000 blocks can be cleared for about 3, 3 and a half hours top. If you are only going for travel distance, do not set any objective. This way the game will go on forever. You can end it at any given time by selecting the black and white cup from the top right corner near the grid. All achievements will be counted when enter the success screen.
When you are done, just save your puzzle and play it from the Puzzle -> My Puzzles menu. Click on any block to start the combo… and enjoy.
Keep in mind that there is a 0.01% chance that the combo might end at some point but if you are lucky, it may go on for hours.

Method 2 (for achieving chains):
Go to the level editor and create a new puzzle. Select “Edit Level Details” and choose both Zen and Trampoline Modes. Then select “Block Frequencies” and put 400 to any desired color block. Disable all others by putting zeroes in their cells. Also give 100 frequency to the Eater blocks in the second column. Save the changes.
Select the flood item from the item drop-down menu and put one of those to have at the start of the level. You can fill the upper row with Eater blocks just to make sure that the level will start by itself the moment you click start. If you do not do that you will have to simply click on a block to start a chain. Once the blocks start falling, use the flood item on any given chain and watch it flow.
In this method there is a high chance that the chain will end earlier that wanted (you need at least a chain of 500 blocks for the final chain achievement). You will have to rely on luck here.
Keep in mind that it is possible that the chain my not end at all. In order for the achievement to get counted, you need to end the chain. Also, there is a bug in the game and after you reach a 1000 blocks in a single chain, nothing will get counted anymore and an error will appear on the screen. In order to avoid that you can add four wooden blocks and try to cut the streams where needed. With a few tries and a little bit of luck you should be able to stop it before it gets too late.

This is absolutely inhuman achievement. All others can be done in approximately 4 or 5 hours but this one… In my calculations, it takes more than 110 hours to get it. If anyone, who already has it, can tell me some sort of a better estimation, I will be happy to fix mine. I have about 40+ hours of gameplay and about a little over 110 million of travel distance.

Since most of the achievements were a plain copy-paste from one another, it is possible that I might have written something wrong. Feel free to correct me 🙂

I hope this helps you get the achievements. I will be waiting for info about the story related achievements. Feel free to write in this thread or PM me with the exact level for each one.
I am on my way to… the Mooooon…
